Wonderful! Jim was more than prompt in communicating with us and really felt it was important for us to be well educated on all types of locks for our purpose and the rationale behind each. We got quite the education simply and easily explained and were able to make an informed decision rapidly and chose the Schlage products. He performed all the needed work in about 5.5 hours, had to redrill several bolt openings, and his rates were more than fair. We were replacing some very low quality Kwik Set locks installed by a door company 7 years ago and some higher end Titan locks that we’d had for 20+ years. We wanted one key for everything and Jim made that happen with some tips on upgrading our security as well with different types of keys that are available. We highly recommend him and will use his services again if needed in the future.
